Founded in 1990, and made up of more than 2,750 team members, VPNE is uniquely positioned to deliver outstanding service, drive financial results, and provide strategic insight into people-intensive, service-based operations.

VPNE is headquartered in Massachusetts with our primary base of operations located in Boston and New England. We also have a large presence in the Southeast where we manage more than 30 locations in Florida, Georgia, and North Carolina. We are also rapidly growing in California and the west.

VPNE provides strategic solutions for premier Hotels, World-renown Healthcare Brands, Residential Communities, Corporations, and Commercial Real Estate.

Our services include Parking Garage & Lot Management, Valet & Hospitality Solutions, Healthcare Clinical & Support Services, and Tailored Transportation Programs.

The Shaka Awards

In recognition of our exceptional teammates, we created an award that shares its name with an iconic sign of mutual respect, affection, and loyalty: the shaka. Recipients of this award demonstrate all these qualities on a daily basis, both in service of their clients and their colleagues.

The Hawaiian word “aloha” means mutual regard and affection, and it extends warmth in caring with no obligation in return. It also encompasses the deep connection between all living things. To live aloha means to treat the people and the world around you with respect, compassion, and gratitude–a sentiment we deeply believe in at VPNE. Whether on or off the clock, our team is always mindful of how they can be a force for good in the lives of others.

We believe that education is the key to unlocking potential. That's why we're proud to offer an annual scholarship fund to help our teammates and their families pursue future education. Just last year we awarded and recognized over 50 well-deserving teammates.
